I'm not sure exactly what fixed it, but after re-installing all mods about 4 times, I changed windows custom DPI scaling to 100%, re-installed the steam version of FF7, re-copied that version into another folder, and then one by one got the latest version of several mod tools included in the "Modding FF7 Setup Files" download. Many of the words and data were cut off, jumbled together or missing entirely. It also showed up when accessing the main menu in the game. Many dialogue boxes were incomplete and you couldnt see which choices to make when talking to characters. I spent 13 hours trying to correct an issue with FF game converter that for some reason messed up the font/text in game and made it impossible to play correctly. Thank-you for this!! The game looks so damn good for originally being so ugly with its ancient polygons and low-resolution, static backgrounds.
